Trisha completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Toronto and her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Before stepping into the world of counselling, she was involved in substance dependence and traumatic brain injury research, where she developed her passion for helping individuals struggling with their mental health. Trisha’s counselling journey began in Calgary, Alberta, where she provided counselling support for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, vocational stress, behavioural issues, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. Previously, she also worked for community-based programs providing trauma counselling to women exiting violence, abuse, and exploitation.
